The Chicago Asian American Jazz Festival returns to Elastic Arts for a two night event brought to us by our friends at Asian Improv aRts Midwest. The first night features sets by Chicago-based electronics musician Takashi Shallow and Pittsburgh-based Devon Osamu Tipp with Tatsu Aoki.
