Sticks and Stones is the product of a decade-long collaboration between Chicago avant-garde percussionists Preyas Roy and Vincent Davis. Roy and Davis first crossed paths performing in a tribute to the late, great Baba Fred Anderson in 2011. Their ongoing weekly sessions began a few days later, and over the years, have included many of the spectacular improvisors in Chicago's creative and experimental music scene. They will be joined by long-time collaborators Scott Hesse and Junius Paul.
