The Chicago-New Orleans mashup Instigation Festival returns to the Elastic Arts stage to celebrate it's fifth year bringing together artists of different mediums from two cities whose historical connections run deep. Tonight's concert will feature mixed groupings of many of the artists who are participating in this year's festival.
