'Exile, Memory, Survival, & Literature' Live Reading by Imad Al Suliman

Please join us for a reading with Imad Al Suliman: a Berlin-based human rights advocate and writer whose work bridges literature and political testimony through the themes of exile, memory, displacement, and belonging. After arriving in Germany from Syria as a refugee in 2015, Al Suliman wrote The Jasmine Inferno, a memoir of flight that combines his own history with the broader realities of forced migration and the political landscape of exile. In this event, he’ll read a few excerpts from his memoir while engaging the audience in conversation and Q&A.

Free and open to the public. Location is up a flight of stairs, and doors open at 6:45.
