We’re back for the second CLEAT Series event of the month, and we’re excited to welcome back legendary composer Carl Stone to the system. We’ll hear from series curator Stephan Moore, and a trio from Nicole Alonso.

Stone is one of the pioneers of live computer music, and has used computers in live performance since 1986. He has been hailed by the Village Voice as “the king of sampling.” and “one of the best composers living in (the USA) today.”. RELIX has written that “Stone makes music that can hit your ear holes like a DMT flash.”

Moore will perform a succinct improvisation with objects, microphones, and software. Alonso will be joined by Ariel Vera and Dante Ammons. Music at 8pm!
