Shannon Harris Esoteric Being Sonic Alchemy Take Over
Keisha has been a video game enthusiast since childhood. Growing up “geeky” resulted in her developing interests that were very different from her peers on Chicago’s South Side. Keisha’s communications background and passion for business innovation led her to the Information Technology Industry, specifically social media, the video game industry and geek culture. After discovering that a considerable part of the industry’s consumer and professional demographics were not being represented, Keisha created Sugar Gamers. It began as a women’s advocacy and networking group for consumers and professionals, but eventually blossomed into an organization that advocated for all demographics who were under served or not being represented (such as minorities, and people from the LBGTQ+ community.)
»radiant devices« is an electro-art rock and industrial project from Chicago. Intentional yet idiosyncratic the band has been praised for its eclecticism and originality on tape and on stage. The group was founded by Fyodor Sakhnovski and Mojdeh. Fyodor is a guitarist, percussionist, and audio producer. Mojdeh is an inter-disciplinary artist, musician, and an award winning and internationally touring poet, whose work has appeared multiple times on BBC and other distinguished media outlets. She’s an educator and advocate for survivors of trauma. Her writing focuses on topics related to trauma, race, family and religion. The band has performed with notable acts like Psychic TV, Saul Williams, Xiu Xiu, Pere Ubu, Xiu Xiu, Man or Astro-Man?, Mr. Gnome, and Sorne.
